TechMDinc Expands Expertise with Key Hires to Offer Lighting & Rigging Integration

(TechMDinc), a leading engineering and design firm specializing in audio, video, control, and networking systems for the themed entertainment and attractions industry, is expanding its expertise to include lighting and rigging systems engineering and integration services.
With the addition of Kurt Schnabel as Principal, Lighting, and Michael Jonas as Engineer, Lighting & Rigging, TechMDinc is now positioned to immediately offer lighting system integration and rigging/installation services.
Schnabel brings over 20 years of industry experience, designing and implementing integrated lighting solutions for theatrical productions, special events, corporate theater, and architectural installations. His work spans major museums, broadcast studios, performing arts centers, houses of worship, universities, and large-scale themed environments.
Jonas, a licensed and certified ETC rigging provider, brings extensive construction and entertainment experience to TechMDinc’s new service division. His expertise in audio, video, lighting, and rigging system design and installation ensures seamless project execution and post-installation support across multiple disciplines.
